Personal data collected
This website collects personal data only through two contact forms. Submitting a form sends the data to the server-side /api/subscribe endpoint, which uses Resend to record waitlist contacts and route sponsor enquiries to the WaitEarn team.
- Waitlist form
- Email address (required), role or profile (optional), interest type (developer or sponsor).
- Sponsor enquiry form
- Name (required), company (required), work email (required), approximate budget (optional), message (required).
Purposes and legal basis
Each form collects data for a single stated purpose, under your explicit consent.

Recipients
Your data is processed by Resend for waitlist contact storage and email delivery. Sponsor enquiries are also sent to the WaitEarn team inbox so a person can respond. We do not sell this data or use it for sponsor targeting.
Retention period
Personal data received through these forms is retained in Resend audiences and WaitEarn team inboxes for no longer than 3 years from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing contractual relationship. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights under the GDPR
Under EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the following rights. Contact privacy@waitearn.io to exercise any of them.

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
